Booking
Policy:
Accommodation Only Reservations
Reservations are to be secured by full payment of the
total accommodation costs at the time of booking , by
credit card (both on-line or off-line) or bank transfer
within 7 days , otherwise the booking may be released.
If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less (during
high & peak season), or 7 days or less (during other
times) prior to the arrival date, 100% of the payment
will be non-refundable.
Packages Reservations
Packages are to be paid in full within 7 days of making
a package reservation, either by bank transfer or credit
card (both on-line or off-line), otherwise the reservation
may be released. If a reservation is cancelled 14 days
or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the payment
is non-refundable.
Reservations for arrival from 20th December 2006
- 05th January 2007
Prepayment for the full stay is to be received within
7 days of making the reservation, by either bank transfer
or credit card, otherwise the booking may be released.
If
the reservation is cancelled 21 days or less prior to
the arrival date, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
Reservations
Made Within 7 Days of Arrival
Reservations made 7 or less days prior to the arrival
date are to be paid in full at time of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing or on-line. A written
cancellation number will be issued and must be retained
by the client if a refund is to be processed. E-mail cancellations
require acknowledgement from the Hotel of its Bangkok
Sales Office.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the
credit card to which the payment was charged.
