Reservation Rules & Policy:
All rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
Room rates include American breakfast for the maximum 2 persons per room per night basis.
No extra bed is possible for Studio Room

During 20 Dec – 10 Jan’ 11 we require full payment and credit card guarantee on low season and high season.
Minimum stay of 3 nights required during Peak Season (20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11)

Packages Reservations:
Packages are to be paid in full within 7 days of making a package reservation, either by bank transfer or credit card (both on-line or off-line), otherwise the reservation may be released. If a reservation is cancelled 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing or on-line. A written cancellation number will be issued and must be retained by the client if a refund is to be processed. E-mail cancellations require acknowledgement from the Hotel of its Bangkok Sales Office.
Cancellation during 1 Nov – 19 Dec’ 10, 1 May - 14 July’ 11 and 16 Sep – 31 Oct’ 11 must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.
Cancellation during 11 Jan – 30 Apr’ 11 and 15 Jul – 15 Sep’ 11 season must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.
Cancellation during 20 Dec – 10 Jan’ 11 must be made at least 365 days prior to arrival or 100% of total booking value.
No show will carry penalty of equivalent to the maximum cancellation charge at a time.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the payment was charged.

Child Policy:
Child age below 12 years, sharing same room with parents, stay FREE (ABF is included)

Airport transfer Rates:
Samui Airport – hotel and vice versa @ THB 300.- per person, or minimum charge of THB 600.- per car/ van/ journey
Hotel – Chaweng at night @ THB 100.- per person per way
